Lead Software Developer - Power BI/ Power Apps

We are seeking an experienced Lead Software Developer to lead our team in developing and implementing Power BI and Power Apps solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, SQL, and Power Automate Desktop, with experience in Power Query and Power Apps.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of Power BI and Power Apps solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions
  • Design and develop data models, reports, and dashboards using Power BI
  • Develop and implement Power Apps solutions to automate business processes
  • Use Power Automate Desktop to automate tasks and workflows
  • Develop and maintain data analysis and reporting capabilities using SQL and Power Query
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Power BI and Power Apps features and best practices

Requirements

  • 6-9 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Power BI and Power Apps
  • Strong background in data analysis, SQL, and Power Automate Desktop
  • Experience in Power Query and Power Apps development
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
