Manager - Data Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of data engineers to design, develop, and implement data pipelines and architectures using Alteryx, Python, and SQL.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop data solutions to meet those needs.
• Develop and maintain data models, data warehouses, and data lakes to support business intelligence and analytics.
• Design and implement data quality and governance processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions to the team and stakeholders.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.

Requirements

• 8-14 years of experience in data engineering and development, with expertise in Alteryx, Python, and SQL.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading a team of data engineers.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to design and implement data solutions.
• Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance.
• Strong understanding of data quality and integrity principles.
