Land Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify potential land acquisition opportunities
• Evaluate and assess the feasibility of potential land acquisition sites, considering factors such as zoning regulations, environmental impact, and market demand
• Develop and implement effective land acquisition strategies to meet project timelines and budgets
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including project managers, architects, and engineers, to ensure seamless project execution
• Conduct due diligence on potential land acquisition sites, including site visits and analysis of title reports
• Negotiate with landowners and other stakeholders to secure land acquisition agreements
• Maintain accurate records and reports of land acquisition activities, including site evaluations and market research

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as real estate, business, or engineering
• 5-15 years of experience in land acquisition, real estate development, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of land acquisition principles, including site evaluation, due diligence, and market research
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex data and make informed decisions
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines
