Land Acquisition Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Land Acquisition Manager to join our team in Chennai. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring land for real estate development projects, conducting feasibility analysis, and evaluating potential sites.

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify potential land acquisition opportunities
- Evaluate and assess the feasibility of potential land acquisition sites, considering factors such as zoning regulations, environmental impact, and market demand
- Develop and implement effective land acquisition strategies to meet project timelines and budgets
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including project managers, architects, and engineers, to ensure seamless project execution
- Conduct due diligence on potential land acquisition sites, including site visits and analysis of title reports
- Negotiate with landowners and other stakeholders to secure land acquisition agreements
- Maintain accurate records and reports of land acquisition activities, including site evaluations and market research
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as real estate, business, or engineering
- 5-15 years of experience in land acquisition, real estate development, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of land acquisition principles, including site evaluation, due diligence, and market research
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex data and make informed decisions
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines
