BIM Manager

Location

Responsibilities

• Lead the BIM team and ensure the successful implementation of BIM models in our projects
• Develop and maintain BIM models for Data Center Network Design
• Implement BIM Vision and ensure that all team members are aligned with the company's BIM strategy
• Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts using Navisworks and Autodesk Build
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of BIM models
• Develop and maintain BIM standards and procedures to ensure consistency across projects
• Provide training and support to team members on BIM tools and techniques
• Monitor and report on BIM project progress and identify areas for improvement

Requirements

• 8-14 years of experience in BIM management and implementation
• Strong knowledge of Building Information Modeling, BIM implementation, and Revit
• Experience in Data Center Network Design and BIM models
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Navisworks and Autodesk Build
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
