Head HR (Data Center)

We are seeking an experienced Head HR (Data Center) to lead our Human Resources function in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with expertise in Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, HR Business Partnering, Employee Engagement & Culture, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Change Management & Transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business growth and objectives
  • Lead the Talent Acquisition team to attract, select, and hire top talent
  • Design and implement Workforce Planning initiatives to ensure optimal resource allocation
  • Partner with business leaders to drive HR Business Partnering initiatives
  • Develop and implement Employee Engagement & Culture programs to enhance employee experience
  • Design and implement Compensation & Benefits programs to attract and retain top talent
  • Develop and implement Performance Management systems to drive business results
  • Design and implement Learning & Development programs to enhance employee skills
  • Lead Change Management & Transformation initiatives to drive business change

Requirements

  • 15-20 years of experience in HR, with a strong background in Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, HR Business Partnering, Employee Engagement & Culture, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Change Management & Transformation
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
