Roles
& Responsibilities
Lead
from the front in managing specific aspects of the enterprise-wide privacy
program.
Oversee
Data Privacy Framework in compliance with applicable data privacy regulations,
laws and/or standards such as GDPR, US CCPA, EDPB
Managing
data privacy risks, and advising stakeholders on regulatory obligations working
closely with legal, IT, and management teams to uphold the company’s commitment
to data security and privacy
Oversee
vendor and third-party data privacy compliance, including contract negotiations
and audits
Manage
and Lead data privacy Team towards effective and efficient management of data
privacy program objectives addressing risks
Serve
as a key contributor to privacy-related projects, ensuring alignment with
organizational goals.
Oversee
client and customer data privacy compliance including contract negotiations and
audits
Must have skill set
The
candidate should possess good communication and presentation skills and lead
from the front.
Proven
subject matter expertise in data privacy and protection.
Strong
decision-making skills and ability to work independently. A reliable
contributor with the ability to translate complex data into actionable
insights, driving informed decisions and impactful results.
Demonstrated
success through awards or impactful project outcomes, showcasing a proven track
record of excellence.
Experience
in stakeholder management and internal communications.
A
