Quality Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer to join our team in the Structured Cabling & Networking Industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in structured cabling, quality inspection, and network quality. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our products and services.

Hyderabad & Mumbai
Responsibilities
- Conduct quality inspections and testing of structured cabling and networking products to ensure compliance with industry standards and company quality policies.
- Identify and document defects and non-conformities in structured cabling and networking products, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, engineering, and quality assurance, to ensure that quality standards are met and exceeded.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes to ensure that products meet customer requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct cable testing and laying, and ensure that all cables meet the required specifications and standards.
- Reject defective products and materials, and ensure that they are properly documented and disposed of in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Maintain and improve the company's quality management system, including ISO 9000 certification, to ensure that it remains compliant with industry standards and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or quality assurance.
- 2-5 years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in the structured cabling and networking industry.
- Strong knowledge of structured cabling, quality inspection, and network quality.
- Experience with cable testing and laying, and the ability to identify and document defects and non-conformities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of ISO 9000 certification and quality management systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
