Planning Manager/Engineer - Data Center

Location

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project plans for data center projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
• Manage and coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
• Conduct resource allocation and capacity planning to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements and objectives.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and budget plans.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in planning and project management, preferably in the data center industry.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, resource management, and infrastructure planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.
