Manager/Asst.Manager - US Talent Acquisition

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our US Talent Acquisition team in Mumbai/Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US recruitment, with expertise in US staffing, US IT recruitment, US non-IT recruitment, and end-to-end US recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the US Talent Acquisition team in Mumbai/Bangalore, driving strategic recruitment initiatives to meet business objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the US market.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Manage a team of recruiters to ensure timely and efficient recruitment processes.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in US recruitment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, candidates, and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in the US recruitment process.

Requirements

  • 6-15 years of experience in US recruitment, with a strong background in US staffing, US IT recruitment, US non-IT recruitment, and end-to-end US recruitment processes.
  • Proven track record of success in leading recruitment teams and driving business results.
  • Strong knowledge of US recruitment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive recruitment strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
