Application Support Specialist - AM Applications

We are seeking an experienced Application Support Specialist to join our team in Delhi. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Smart Metering, Home Energy Systems (HES), Mobile Device Management (MDM), Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI), and application support.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective application support for AM Applications, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Smart Metering, HES, MDM, and AMI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides and knowledge base articles.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in Smart Metering and AMI.

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of experience in application support, with a focus on Smart Metering, HES, MDM, and AMI.
  • Strong understanding of application support principles, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem resolution.
  • Excellent technical skills, including experience with application support tools and technologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
