Responsibilities

• Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with management and employees to promote a safety culture and encourage reporting of incidents and near misses.
• Investigate incidents and accidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, audits, and incidents.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on safety procedures and protocols.
• Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in safety management.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in safety management, EHS, HSE, or occupational safety.
• Strong knowledge of safety management principles, practices, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends and patterns.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as safety management, engineering, or a related field.
