Job description
Roles & responsibilities
Design and implement compensation and benefits strategies
aligned with business goals.
Manage salary structures, incentive plans, bonus programs,
and sales compensation frameworks.
Conduct market benchmarking, salary surveys, and job
evaluations to ensure competitive pay practices.
Oversee annual compensation cycles including merit
increases, promotions, and bonus payouts.
Ensure accurate administration of compensation programs,
commissions, and incentives.
Develop and maintain compensation policies while ensuring
compliance with labor laws and governance standards.
Partner with HRBPs, Finance, Sales, and business leaders on
compensation decisions and workforce planning.
Generate compensation analytics, budgeting forecasts, and
leadership reports.
Drive pay equity, DEI compensation metrics, and
regional/global compensation alignment where applicable.
