Job description
Roles and Reponsibility:
Oversee the full recruiting lifecycle as a non-IT recruiter.
Ensure the end-to-end lifecycle of BPO recruitment, which includes sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews.
Execute strategic global hiring programs as a non-IT talent recruiter.
Manage the talent hub through job boards and procure the right talent for the company by screening resumes and managing the database.
Must have experience in bulk and volume hiring .
Should have experience in Hiring for Insurance, BFSI, Healthcare,F&A and Pharma domain.
