Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective operations strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
• Manage and coordinate project activities, ensuring timely completion and within budget
• Oversee asset management, including maintenance, repair, and replacement of assets
• Coordinate dispatch activities, ensuring seamless execution of operations
• Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of facilities, equipment, and systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
• Analyze and interpret data to inform operations decisions and drive business growth

Requirements

• 15-20 years of experience in Operations Management, Project Management, Asset Management, Dispatch Coordination, and O&M Operations
• Strong understanding of operations principles and practices
• Excellent project management and coordination skills
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
