Assistant Manager / Manager - Sales & Marketing

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager / Manager - Sales & Marketing to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EPC Sales, Tendering, Bidding Management, RFQ Handling, Government Sales, and Project Sales.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and growth
  • Manage the tendering and bidding process for EPC projects
  • Handle RFQs (Requests for Quotation) and ensure timely responses
  • Build and maintain relationships with government clients and other key stakeholders
  • Lead project sales teams to achieve sales targets and growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion

Requirements

  • 8-12 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the EPC industry
  • Strong knowledge of EPC sales, tendering, bidding management, RFQ handling, government sales, and project sales
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
