Workshop Controller

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the luxury car workshop, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
• Provide technical support to service technicians, addressing any technical issues that may arise during the servicing process.
• Conduct road testing service vehicles to ensure they meet the required quality standards.
• Perform quality checking on serviced vehicles to ensure they meet the required standards.
• Manage the service technician team, including work allocation, service process adherence, and performance monitoring.
• Develop and implement processes to improve workshop efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in a luxury car workshop or a similar environment.
• DME (Diploma in Mechanical Engineering) or BE (Bachelor of Engineering) degree in a relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of car servicing, technical support, and quality control processes.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
