We are seeking an experienced New Car Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales planning, marketing, and customer management. The role requires a strategic thinker who can drive sales growth, manage inventory, and improve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share
- Organize and execute marketing events to promote new car sales
- Plan and execute digital sales activities to engage with customers and drive sales
- Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor and improve sales consultant productivity and efficiency
- Implement strategies to retain per car margin and improve profitability
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales and marketing plans
Requirements
- 12-15 years of experience in new car sales management
- Degree or Diploma in a relevant field (e.g. business, marketing, sales)
- Strong skills in sales planning, marketing, and customer management
- Experience in organizing marketing events and digital sales activities
- Ability to manage inventory levels and customer complaints
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
