We are seeking an experienced New Car Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales planning, marketing, and customer management. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share
  • Organize and execute marketing events to promote new car sales
  • Plan and execute digital sales activities to engage with customers and drive sales
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Monitor and improve sales consultant productivity and efficiency
  • Implement strategies to retain per car margin and improve profitability
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales and marketing plans

Requirements

  • 12-15 years of experience in new car sales management
  • Degree or Diploma in a relevant field (e.g. business, marketing, sales)
  • Strong skills in sales planning, marketing, and customer management
  • Experience in organizing marketing events and digital sales activities
  • Ability to manage inventory levels and customer complaints
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
