– Manager – Nagpur
Education:
Minimum 15 years
of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
Requirements
bachelor’s in commerce and CA/CPA/ACCA/CMA (or Inter/Finalist); or MBA (Finance)

year-end closing activities
Journal entries,
accruals, provisions, and reconciliations
Balance Sheet and

15 Years of strong BPS industry experience in RTR domain

Job
Responsibilities
Drive end to end
RTR processes—including period close, general ledger governance, account
reconciliations, fixed assets, intercompany, and financial reporting—while
ensuring accuracy, timely close, strong controls, and compliance with GAAP/IFRS
and internal policies. Lead continuous improvement, standardization, and
automation across entities; mentor junior analysts; and partner with FP&A,
OTC, PTP, Tax, and Compliance. Manage Team, internal & external
stakeholders. Ensure zero escalation in the process and work in a time bound
environment. The RTR Manager leads a team of analysts/senior analysts, drives
standardization, enhances process maturity, and partners with FP&A,
Controllership, Tax, and Auditors. The role ensures accurate and timely
financial reporting, strong compliance (GAAP/IFRS/SOX), effective stakeholder
management, and continuous improvement across the RTR tower.
