Job description
Job Title – Senior Manager /AGM - BFSI Transformation
Location – Chennai/Mumbai
We are seeking an experienced BFSI Transformation Leader to
drive digital transformation, process excellence, automation, and operational
improvement initiatives across Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance
operations within the BPO industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead transformation and
operational excellence programs for BFSI clients.
- Drive automation,
AI/RPA, process re-engineering, and digital initiatives.
- Manage client
relationships and stakeholder engagement.
- Deliver productivity
improvement, cost optimization, and customer experience enhancement.
- Lead cross-functional
teams and large-scale transformation projects.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience
in BPO/BPM with strong BFSI domain expertise.
- Proven experience in
transformation, consulting, automation, and process improvement.
- Strong leadership,
program management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Lean Six Sigma / PMP
certifications preferred.
