Job description
Job Title: Property
and Casualty –Assistant Manager/ Manager
Candidate Expectation and Roles & Responsibilities:
Should have at least 10+ years of multi-functional experience and strong
subject matter expertise in the Insurance domain especially in Property and
Casualty, across projects, solutions, transitions, transformation and
operational roles.
In-depth knowledge of Insurance – Property and Casualty and Regulatory
Requirements would be added advantage.
Should have deep Domain Expertise & hands- on experience in core
Insurance Business processes and understand the complete value
chain of Property and Casualty Should have Transition and operational
experience for Insurance across various geographies
Should have strong experience in managing large operational delivery
offshore and onshore, leading onsite transitions and managing large scale
delivery improvement projects across multiple site and multi-client offshore
operations.
Provide
support and guidance to delivery managers across different location and units
Leveraging business acumen, management experience, change management
skills and domain expertise skills to provide strategic and tactical support to
service delivery operations.
Ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations
(e.g. GDPR)
Oversee the implementation of transformation solutions throughout the
business account while ensuring desired productivity gains to be passed back to
the customer
Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement
Report on operational performance and suggest improvements
SLA Management and Reporting, Continuous Process
Improvement, Escalation Management, Resolution of complex process issues in
partnership with the client
