Job description
Job Title: Trainer - Insurance operations
Location: Chennai/Bangalore
Candidate Specification& Job Responsibilities:
Candidate
should have 3+ Years of experience as a Trainer in insurance operations.
Candidate should have Strong knowledge of training
methodologies and kirkpatrick learning concepts
Training Delivery
Conduct classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions
and ramp-up for new hires and existing employees
Deliver process, product, systems, soft skills, and
compliance training (as applicable)
Facilitate engaging and interactive learning sessions using
kirkpatrick learning model
Training Design & Content Development
Develop and update training materials such as PPTs,
facilitator guides, learner handbooks, assessments, and job aids
Customize training modules based on business requirements
and audience needs
Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure content
accuracy and relevance
Assessment & Evaluation
Conduct pre- and post-training assessments to measure
knowledge transfer
Track trainee performance and readiness for production
Provide detailed feedback, coaching, and action plans for
improvement
Quality & Performance Support
Support quality, operations, and performance teams to
address skill gaps
Conduct refresher trainings, calibration sessions, and
knowledge enhancement workshops
Identify training needs through data analysis, error
analysis, audits, and performance trends
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain training records, attendance, certifications, and
reports
Share training effectiveness metrics
Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory training
requirements
Candidate should be flexible working in any shifts.
Certifications:
LOMA, Certification in Training, L&D, Instructional
Design, or Facilitation is an advantage
