Job Title: Kofax SME –Assistant Manager
Location: Noida
 
Candidate Expectation and Roles & Responsibilities:
Candidate should have 8+ years of experience in Kofax.
Act as the Kofax SME for Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), invoice capture, and workflow solutions.
Interface directly with Shared Services, Finance, AP/AR, and business users.
Translate business requirements into functional configurations and solution designs.
Provide L2/L3 functional support for Kofax incidents, service requests, and production issues.
Triage and resolve functional issues related to document capture, classification, extraction, validation, and workflow routing.
Coordinate with Kofax product support and technical teams for complex issues and defect resolution
Support governance activities including configuration standards, access controls, audit readiness, and change management.
Configure and maintain Kofax components such as:
Intelligent Document Processing / Capture
Invoice capture and validation rules
Workflow and exception handling
ERP integration touchpoints (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
Drive process optimisation and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Support end‑to‑end document flow from capture through ERP posting
Assist with reconciliation, data validation, and exception analysis.
Work with integration teams to ensure stable and compliant interfaces
Strong functional experience with Kofax / Tungsten Automation platforms.
Hands‑on experience in document capture, IDP, invoice processing, and workflow automation.
Experience supporting finance‑related processes (AP/AR, invoices, controls).
Proven ability to work directly with business and shared services stakeholders
Demonstrate strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients, team members, and management.
Communicate project updates, issues, and solutions clearly and concisely.
Experience on any ticketing tool’s (Service Now, JIRA or any other)
Functional Knowledge on Facility and Asset Services, Utilities services and Work Management.
Prepare and deliver clear reports, presentations, and documentation
Flexible for ANZ shifts.
