Job Title – AI Leader and scale AI led solutions
Location – Chennai/Mumbai
Job Description:
An AI leader with experience of driving digital
transformation by implementing agentic AI, automation pipelines, LAM and LLMs
to transform operations and enhance customer experience.
They require deep knowledge in generative AI, process
re-engineering, and P&L management.
Experience: 20+ years of experience with exposure in BFSI
domain, and playing various roles into IT, BPS, consulting, and digital
transformation
Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of Large Action Models
(LAMs), LLM, decision AI, machine learning, and AI application within
enterprise software.
Business Impact: Demonstrated success improving operating
margins, scaling revenue, and managing global teams
Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of BPS/BPO domains,
intelligent process automation (IPA), and Cognitive Optical Character
Recognition (OCR).
Technical Acumen: Familiarity with ML, LLMs, and cloud
infrastructure to make strategic "build vs. buy" decisions
Leadership & Communication: Strong capability in
translating complex technical metrics into financial outcomes for executive
stakeholders and clients.
Intelligent Automation Strategy: Define the enterprise
roadmap for implementing AI, Machine Learning, and GenAI to replace rule-based
tasks with predictive, cognitive workflows.
Use Case Prioritization: Identify high-ROI operational
inefficiencies across verticals (e.g., healthcare, retail, travel) and manage
the development of scalable AI solutions.
AI Governance & Risk: Ensure deployed AI tools comply
with ethical frameworks, data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR), and industry
security standards.
Center of Excellence (CoE): Launch and oversee an AI CoE to
foster innovation, establish best practices, and manage sandbox/pilot testing
programs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with operations, IT,
legal, and client-facing teams to seamlessly transition AI capabilities into
everyday business operations.
Roles and Responsibility:
AI Strategy & Governance: Formulating the roadmap for
scaling AI platforms and agentic workflows safely and compliantly.
Operational Optimization: Replacing manual data entry and
reconciliation with autonomous AI agents that cut cycle times.
Workforce Transformation: Upskilling associates,
implementing copilot-guided SOPs, and transitioning BPS models from
cost-cutting to strategic growth drivers.
