KYC – Team Lead
Location: Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
4 – 8 year’s experience in KYC, Review
Amber Alerts/Triggers to identify changes in client business activities and
risk exposure.
Assess changes against risk factors related to product, geography, and industry.
Analyse APM reports and gather relevant information from internal.
Conduct external research using sources such as Companies House, corporate websites, and public records.
Apply KYC/AML and Financial Crime knowledge to assess Nature of Business and Expected Account Activity.
Perform investigative research and due diligence following defined treatments and playbooks.
Identify inconsistencies in ownership, business activities, locations, and industry classification.
Recommend actions such as Descope, Discount, or Client Contact Required with proper rationale.
Prepare clear, audit-ready documentation, case notes, and evidence summaries.
Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality standards, confidentiality, and escalation procedures.
Communicate key findings and risk observations effectively to onshore stakeholders.
Manage work queues efficiently with strong prioritization and time management skills.
