Specification& Job Responsibilities:
Candidate should have 7+
years of progressive experience in Reporting
Manage and report key HR
metrics including headcount, attrition, hiring, diversity, and employment cost.
Perform workforce trend
analysis and generate insights on employee movement, retention, and
organizational changes.
Support workforce planning
and organizational structure analytics (job bands, geography, tenure,
demographics).
Analyze recruitment,
onboarding, promotions, and learning effectiveness data.
Own attrition and retention
dashboards with deep-dive segmentation analysis.
Ensure data accuracy across
HR systems (PeopleSoft, OBIEE, WFA, OneStream).
Support dashboard
development, reporting, and end-user guidance for HR analytics tools.
Collaborate with HRBPs, COEs,
and leadership for data-driven decision support.
