Roles and
Responsibilities
Manage
end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding to candidate
onboarding.
Collaborate
with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job descriptions, and role
expectations.
Source
candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Build and
maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and critical hiring
requirements
Handle offer
discussions, salary negotiations, and ensure smooth offer closures.
Skill Set
Strong
understanding of non-IT hiring across functions such as Sales, Marketing,
Finance, HR, Operations, and Customer Support
Hands-on
experience using job portals and professional networking platforms such as
Naukri and LinkedIn
Expertise in
candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination
Good
understanding of recruitment metrics, hiring TAT, and quality hiring practices
