Finance Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Karur, Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, and auditing, with a Chartered Accountant (CA) certification. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with statutory and tax regulations.

Responsibilities
- Lead the financial operations of the organization, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and tax regulations, including statutory audit and tax audit.
- Manage the general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Oversee the month-end closing process, including balance sheet finalization and journal entries.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective financial management.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business strategies and plans.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA) certification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, and auditing, with a maximum of 8 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, general ledger, statutory audit, tax audit, month-end closing, balance sheet finalization, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
