Finance Manager

Location

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial operations of the organization, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and tax regulations, including statutory audit and tax audit.
• Manage the general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Oversee the month-end closing process, including balance sheet finalization and journal entries.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective financial management.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business strategies and plans.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) certification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, and auditing, with a maximum of 8 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, general ledger, statutory audit, tax audit, month-end closing, balance sheet finalization, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
