Roles &
Responsibilities
Define and drive the AI &
Operations COE strategy aligned with business and transformation goals.
Lead implementation of AI/ML,
Generative AI, NLP, Automation, and analytics solutions at scale.
Manage COE operations
including governance, delivery management, resource planning, and quality
assurance.
Build, mentor, and lead
high-performing cross-functional teams across AI, engineering, and operations.
Partner with business leaders
and clients to deliver innovation, operational excellence, and measurable
business outcomes.
Must-Have Skills
Strong leadership experience
in managing AI, digital transformation, or COE functions.
Hands-on expertise in AI/ML,
Generative AI, NLP, Intelligent Automation, and cloud technologies.
Proven experience in program
delivery, governance, stakeholder management, and operational excellence.
Ability to build scalable
teams, drive innovation, and manage large transformation initiatives.
Excellent communication,
consulting, and executive stakeholder management skills.
