Job description
10 –15+ years of experience in Talent
Acquisition with strong exposure to leadership and strategic hiring.
Proven expertise in hiring senior-level
roles such as Directors, AVPs, VPs, Delivery Leaders, Practice Heads, and Sales
Leaders.
Strong experience in executive search,
talent mapping, and passive candidate engagement.
Ability to partner effectively with CXOs,
senior business leaders, and HR leadership teams.
Hands-on experience in market
intelligence, competitor mapping, and leadership talent research.
Strong competency-based interviewing and
leadership assessment capabilities.
Expertise in offer negotiations,
compensation discussions, and executive-level stakeholder management.
Experience leading and mentoring TA teams
while driving hiring governance and recruitment excellence.
Strong understanding of workforce
planning, succession hiring, and strategic talent acquisition initiatives.
Proven track record of delivering
leadership hiring mandates with high offer-to-join ratios and stakeholder
satisfaction.
