Senior Manager - Trust & Safety Practice

Lead Solution Design for Trust & Safety User Study and Data Collection programs, including operating models, governance, KPIs, and delivery frameworks.

Drive Pre-Sales and RFP/RFx activities, including solutioning, effort estimation, pricing, proposal creation, and client presentations.

Build and scale the Trust & Safety practice, developing new service offerings, capabilities, case studies, and GTM strategies.

Engage directly with global clients and CXO stakeholders to understand business requirements, shape solutions, and drive strategic discussions.

Develop AI/ML-enabled and automation-led solutions for User Study, Data Collection, Annotation, Moderation, and Digital Platform operations.

Set up and manage large-scale delivery programs, including participant sourcing, studio setup, moderator management, and multi-geo project execution.

Collaborate across Sales, Delivery, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to drive business growth and successful program delivery.

Drive innovation, market intelligence, and competitor benchmarking while contributing to the growth and expansion of the Trust & Safety service line.
