Candidate Specification&
Job Responsibilities:
Candidate should have 1+ Years of experience in Learning Org & Development
Candidates should have 1–2
years of relevant experience in Human Resources operations, with a focus on
training coordination or learning administration.
A solid understanding of HR
practices specific to the Singapore region is required.
Applicants must have prior
exposure to managing training logistics, administering Learning Management
Systems (LMS), or utilizing e-learning tools within an organizational setting.
Basic familiarity with
instructional design principles and methods for evaluating training
effectiveness is expected.
Experience working on
platforms such as SuccessFactors Learning, Cornerstone, or similar Learning
Management Systems is preferred.
Strong written and verbal
communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office,
Excel, and basic reporting tools.
Attention to detail and
accuracy in learning data entry, session tracking, and learner records.
Basic understanding of LMS
(Learning Management System) workflows, including course creation, enrollment,
and tracking.
Strong coordination and
scheduling skills for training logistics.
Ability to follow SOPs and
ensure compliance, including mandatory training completion requirements.
Review and understand various
types of transactions received from clients, ensuring a thorough understanding
of each transaction type before processing.
Execute HR operations
transactions accurately in accordance with standard operating procedures and
client requirements while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
Participate in and complete
ad hoc activities as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to
evolving team and organizational needs.
Candidate should be flexible working in any shifts.
