Job Tittle Credit Manager - O2C – AM / Manager
Location – Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
10 + years of experience in end-to-end
Credit Management and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes within a manufacturing
industry environment.
Assess customer creditworthiness
through financial analysis, credit reviews, risk evaluation, and credit limit
recommendations.
Monitor customer credit exposure,
payment behaviour, and outstanding receivables to mitigate credit risk and
ensure healthy cash flow.
Execute day-to-day Credit Management
activities, including credit approvals, credit holds/releases, account reviews,
and collections support.
Ensure compliance with company credit
policies, internal controls, and risk management frameworks.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance,
Customer Service, and Operations teams to support business growth while
maintaining acceptable risk levels.
Lead and mentor a team of 2–3 members,
providing guidance, performance management, and process improvement
initiatives.
Utilize ERP systems such as Oracle and
SAP S/4HANA for customer master management, credit checks, order release,
receivables monitoring, and reporting.
Prepare and Analyse credit,
collections, and receivables reports using advanced MS Excel functions,
including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, and data analysis tools.
Maintain effective client
communication to resolve credit-related issues, negotiate payment terms,
address disputes, and strengthen customer relationships.
