Accounting Associate

Roles and Responsibilities:

Oversee the Accounting, Record to Report operations including journal entries, accruals, intercompany transactions, and account reconciliations.

Review and approve journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure compliance with accounting policies

Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.

Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and audit requirements.

Identify process improvement opportunities and drive standardization and automation initiatives.

Key skillset:

Must have experience in Accounting and RTR Operations.
