Job description
Job Title: OTC (SME)
Location: Noida
Candidate Specification& Job Responsibilities:
Candidate
should have 4+ Years of experience in OTC.
Should be able to perform all complex processes that involve
greater subjective thinking (or processing a much higher volume of basic
transactions) relating Billing, cash application, customer master set up,
credit management, collection follow-up
Ensure compliance to all SLA and KPI targets
Exceed daily / weekly / monthly targets on TAT and Accuracy
Be self-reliant to undertake and complete assigned work
Undertake self assessment to verify activities done timely
and accurately
Report out hourly & EOD status of activities performed
Provide daily update to customer on progress and have
interaction emails & calls
Identify process gaps and provide controls to mitigate and
monitor closure
Identify process improvement opportunities and take up
improvement projects to closure
Operate from Office as standard requirement
Candidate should be flexible working in any shifts including
anz/nz.
