Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Servicing – Sr associate/ Team Lead/ Asst. Manager – Chennai, Bangalore

 

Key Responsibilities:

3+ years of Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Loan Operations experience.

Strong expertise in Loan Servicing, including loan boarding and maintenance activities.

Hands-on experience in handling borrower/client inquiries and operational issue resolution.

Experience managing email administration and stakeholder communications.

Knowledge of UCC Compliance processes and related documentation requirements.

Expertise in processing and monitoring loan repayments and payment reconciliations.

Experience in Escrow Management, including tracking, reporting, and exception handling.

Exposure to reporting, compliance, and administrative support functions within loan operations.

Ability to work with high volumes of transactions while ensuring accuracy and adherence to SLAs.

Hands-on experience in at least one loan servicing platform such as Loan IQ, ACBS, AFS, Flex cube, Finacle, or RIMS.
