Job title:  Mortgage Operations Specialist – Associate / Senior associate

Location – Gandhinagar

Key Responsibilities:

2+ years of experience in Mortgage or Banking Operation  

Manage end-to-end mortgage loan processing, including document verification, data entry, and compliance checks.

Review loan applications to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to banking regulations and internal policies.

Coordinate with customers, underwriters, and third-party vendors to obtain required documentation and resolve discrepancies.

Monitor loan pipelines, track application status, and ensure timely processing within service-level agreements (SLAs).

Perform quality control reviews and maintain accurate records in mortgage and banking systems.

Support operational efficiency by identifying process improvements and ensuring high standards of customer service and compliance.
