Commercial Real Estate Underwriter
The Principal Associate plays a key role in managing all aspects of an assigned portfolio of multifamily agency loans, with primary responsibility for monitoring portfolio risk, ensuring loan performance, and delivering exceptional client service.

Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor a portfolio of multifamily and commercial real estate loans throughout their lifecycle.
- Perform detailed commercial real estate underwriting, credit analysis, and risk assessment for new and existing loan transactions.
- Analyze borrower financial statements, rent rolls, operating statements, cash flows, and property performance metrics.
- Conduct commercial real estate valuation reviews using income capitalization, comparable sales, and discounted cash flow methodologies.
- Prepare and review investor reporting packages, ensuring compliance with agency, investor, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Experience in Commercial Real Estate Underwriting, Asset Management, Loan Servicing, or Portfolio Management.
- Strong understanding of multifamily and commercial real estate financing.
- Expertise in Investor Reporting, Rent Roll Analysis, Escrow Administration, Property Inspections, and Loan Asset Management.
- Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate Valuation methodologies and financial modeling.
