Industrial Cook (Residential)
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Cook (Residential) to join our team in Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in institutional cooking and a minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in managing kitchen operations.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals for residential clients in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks and assistants, to ensure high-quality service.
- Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of clients.
- Monitor kitchen expenses and maintain accurate records of food costs and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and high client satisfaction.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience as an Institutional Cook, Industrial Cook, Mess Cook, Canteen Cook, Camp Cook, Bulk Cooking Cook, Catering Cook, Head Cook, or Kitchen In-Charge.
- Proven track record of managing kitchen operations and supervising staff.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
