Job Title : High Radius COE Lead – Finance –
AGM/AVP – Pan India

& Responsibilities :
17+ years in Finance
Transformation, Consulting, Shared Services, GBS, or Finance Operations.
We are seeking an
entrepreneurial leader to build, scale, and lead this global COE. This is not
just a technology leadership role, it is an opportunity to define how AI,
automation, analytics, and platform-led transformation will reshape the CFO
organization of the future.
Build
and Scale the High Radius COE
Establish
the vision, strategy, and operating model for the High Radius practice
Create
reusable solution accelerators, industry playbooks, benchmarks, and
transformation frameworks.
Build
a strong ecosystem with High Radius product, sales, and implementation teams.
Drive Business Growth
Own
pipeline creation, solutioning, and revenue growth for High Radius-led
opportunities.
Partner
with sales teams to develop CFO-centric transformation propositions.
Lead
executive workshops and client advisory sessions. Lead Transformations Across
Finance Towers
O2C:
Credit, Collections, Cash Application, Dispute Management, Deductions, AR
Analytics.
P2P:
AP Automation, Supplier Management, Invoice Processing, Payment Operations.
R2R:
Financial Close, Reconciliations, Journal Automation, Compliance and Controls.
Create AI-Powered Finance Solutions
Integrate
High Radius capabilities with Agentic AI, GenAI, and proprietary platforms.
Design
autonomous workflows that improve working capital, productivity, customer
experience, and compliance.
Drive
innovation around digital workers, intelligent orchestration, and self healing
finance processes. Build Talent and Capability
Create
a world-class team of consultants, architects, solution experts, and delivery
leaders.
Define
certification pathways and capability-building programs.
Mentor
future leaders within the practice.
Deep expertise in at least
one finance tower Order-to-Cash ,Procure-to-Pay ,Record-to-Report
Experience leading
large-scale digital finance transformations.
Prior experience with High
Radius implementation, advisory, or platform deployments strongly preferred.
