Job description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Driving continuous improvement,
operational excellence, process standardization, and transformation initiatives
across HR operations.
Drive process standardization and
best-practice implementation through Lean, Six Sigma, automation, and
data-driven methodologies.
Conduct process mapping, value stream
mapping, and root cause analysis.
Define, design and implement new solutions
for process simplifications using latest AI technologies and lead and deliver
large, complex Process Excellence initiatives following advanced technology.
Identify automation opportunities
using RPA, workflow tools, and HR technologies.
Ensure adherence to regulatory
requirements, policies, and client contractual obligations.
Keyskill:
Must have experience in HRO transformation and process excellence.
Must be lean black belt certified.
