Job description
Roles & Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize integrated B2B marketing campaigns
across multiple channels.
Develop campaign strategies aligned with business objectives, GTM
priorities, and revenue goals.
Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle including planning,
execution, stakeholder reviews, reporting, and optimization.
Collaborate with sales, business units, field marketing, content,
digital, and creative teams to drive campaign success.
Design and execute demand generation, lead generation,
account-based marketing (ABM), and pipeline acceleration initiatives.
Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics such as
engagement, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline influence, and ROI.
Must-Have Skills
5–8 years of
experience in B2B Marketing and Campaign Management.
Proven
experience managing end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns.
Strong
understanding of Demand Generation and Lead Generation programs.
Experience
working closely with Sales, Presales, Consulting, or Business Leaders.
Exposure to
GTM planning and execution.
Expertise in
multi-channel marketing campaigns (Email, Social, Paid Media, Web, Events).
