Manager - RTR (CA Qualified)
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager - RTR (CA Qualified) to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with expertise in RTR, Fixed Assets, Bank Reconciliation, Reconciliation, Intercompany Reconciliation, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, Month End Reporting, Journal entries, Accruals, Depreciation, Record To Report, and Month End Closing.

Responsibilities
- Manage the preparation and review of financial statements, including Balance Sheets and Income Statements.
- Oversee the reconciliation of intercompany accounts, bank statements, and other financial data.
- Develop and implement effective accounting policies and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Supervise the preparation of journal entries, accruals, and depreciation, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure timely completion of month-end closing activities.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to ensure their professional development and growth.
Requirements
- 7-15 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a similar role.
- CA qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, including IFRS and Indian GAAP.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with accounting software such as SAP or Oracle.
