Senior Executive / Assistant Manager HR
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive / Assistant Manager HR to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR Generalist, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Statutory Compliance & Taxation, HR Operations, and Grievance Handling.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies to support business growth and objectives
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interviews
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including performance management and grievance handling
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, including statutory compliance and taxation
- Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement performance management systems
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations and grievances
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in HR Generalist, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Statutory Compliance & Taxation, HR Operations, and Grievance Handling
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
