We are seeking an experienced Office Admin to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling and calendar management, data entry, and record keeping.
- Coordinate office activities, including reception duties, meeting coordination, and ensuring a smooth day-to-day operation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both physical and digital, and ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Assist with data entry, including updating databases and spreadsheets, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and other activities, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and sending follow-up communications.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a high level of organization, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an office setting.
- Strong background in office administration, including scheduling, data entry, and record keeping.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
