Assistant Manager - TL (Project Control)

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - TL (Project Control) to join our team in Bangalore. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project control, project planning, scheduling, and cost estimation. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Primavera P6 and will be able to effectively manage projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Develop and implement project control plans, including scheduling and cost estimation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Analyze project data and provide insights to stakeholders to inform decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation plans, and cost estimates using Primavera P6.
  • Conduct regular project status updates and reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3-12 years of experience in project control, project planning, scheduling, and cost estimation.
  • Strong knowledge of project control principles and practices.
  • Experience working with Primavera P6 and other project management software.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, construction management, or business administration.
