Life & Annuities (L&A) Insurance operations – Team Lead/Assistant Manager/Manager – Chennai
Candidate Specification
& Job Description:
4+ years experience in Life & Annuities (L&A) insurance operations back office and end to end insurance operations
Manage day-to-day insurance back-office operations related to policy servicing, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and claims.

Manage day-to-day insurance back-office operations related to policy servicing, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and claims.
Perform data
entry, validation, and documentation for new business, renewals, and policy
changes.
Support underwriting
teams with risk data analysis, quotes, and document verification.
Handle claims
intake, adjudication support, and claims payment processing as per policy
terms.
Ensure timely and
accurate data processing in line with client SLAs and regulatory standards.
Reconcile policy
data, premiums, and loss ratios to ensure financial accuracy.
Prepare and
deliver daily/weekly reports and maintain audit-ready documentation.
Identify process
gaps, exceptions, and improvement opportunities to drive operational
efficiency.
Collaborate with onshore
teams, clients, and quality teams for issue resolution and performance
enhancement.
ensure compliance
with client guidelines, data privacy, and insurance regulatory requirements.
